You need to start searching for Engineering/Architecture office to proceed with creating the plans and drawings, and getting your plans approved. This process may be lengthly process as the Municipality may required back and forth coordination and they may request additional requirements prior to approving the plans and issuing a Building Permit. You can request quotes while the plans is being reviewed by the City's Municipality. However, additional Municipality requirements may be not covered in the GC quote.
